UBS Asset Management, part of , the real estate group, has appointed two figures to join its capital markets business in Australia.

Rob Sewell has joined as partner, national head of institutional sales, leading Knight Frank’s national office team. Michael Kwok has been promoted to partner, national head of capital markets. Both will be based in Sydney.
